Connecting to Grandmother Moon is a
way that shamans have gained power for thousands of years. Grandmother Moon is a source of endless energy and love.
Calling down her energy into our bodies helps us to revitalize, open our intuition, and get in rhythm with the natural cycles
of life.
Full Moon Ceremonies consist of a ritual to
call in the directions and create a sacred space, singing, drumming, chanting and sharing. There will also be a
journey (a guided meditation with the drum) to connect to Grandmother Moon and ask for her blessing.
